PIPS Newry & Mourne as a registered charity, rely on donations from supporters to pay for our work especially now when there is such a great need of our services and because there is very little money available from funders
Lorraine and the residents of the Kilkeel community have been very supportive and united in their response to the needs of their own community and beyond especially after the tragedies that they have experienced over the last number of years
We would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who has helped organise and indeed support the fundraising activities and a special thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to help out in the greater Kilkeel area.
Funds raised will go towards ensuring that PIPS Newry & Mourne can continue to provide a high-quality and professional Suicide prevention, intervention and postvention service within the Newry & Mourne area' including counselling, complementary therapies, befriending, support and education and training workshops Also as a Protect Life Resource Centre we provide information booklets/literature Bereavement packs etc .
