Annual Skydive Challenge 2014.

PIPS Newry and Mourne celebrate the volunteers who took part in their annual skydive challenge on the 14th September 2014. Just as previous years, the skydive was very successful for every volunteer who was brave enough to make the 13,000ft parachute jump. For months, the PIPS N&M skydiving group consisting of 16 volunteers all individually and collectively raised money in aid of our charity through various fundraising events such as flag days, quiz nights, BBQ nights, and from the many friends, family and the local community who took the time to sponsor every skydive volunteer. The group did incredibly well and showed fantastic enthusiasm in their fundraising efforts and PIPS N&M are incredibly proud of their achievements in this. Of all the 16 volunteers who include: Justine McNulty, Rebecca Mcnulty, Teresa Carroll, Chris Cranney, Rachel Flynn, Aveen McEvoy, Olivia McEvoy, Chris McEvoy, Gabriel Farrell, Maurisa O’Hagan, Jamie Loughran, Lee McNally, Cathal Farrelly, Lynne Marks, Shireen Ryan and Karen Hanna a fantastic amount of £8258 was raised altogether for PIPS Newry and Mourne. PIPS N&M would like to say a special thanks to absolutely everybody involved in the organisation, fundraising and sponsorships for the skydivers, aswell as a thank you to Marie O’Hagan for her help in co-ordinating the day, to Moonjumper for their great service, Treanor's Travel for their transportation and all our fantastic volunteers, you all did brilliantly. Thank-you
