New Year's Day Swim in aid of PIPS Newry and Mourne.

On the 1st of January over 15 brave souls took to Camlough Lake to raise money for P.I.P.S Newry and Mourne. The total amount raised was £260.  The event was organised by Roibeard Stewart and sponsored by Up n Bouncing Bouncy Castle & Candy Floss Hire.  Roibeard would like to thank all those kindly donated money for the event. He would also like to thank his wife Rosemarie and kids and father John for their help on the morning of the event. Thanks to David Burke who supplied health & safety cover on the day, Sean Sloans Meals, Camlough for the hot soup after an extremely cold dip.  Thanks also to Debenhams for the luxury hamper which was won by Sean Falloon and to the Sunray Bakery, Dermot Winters, Barry Duffy and Colm Bootsy Fearon.  

Lastly Roibeard would like to thank everybody who took part in the event and to the communities of Camlough and Newry who have once again given us a memorable day and a great start to 2014.
