Camlough Brass and Reed Band hold a night of music, song and dance

 

Camlough Brass and Reed Band and guests recently came together in Bessbrook Community Centre for a night of music, song and dance all in aid of PIPS Newry & Mourne. Mr Wesley Livingstone was master of Ceremonies for the night. Entertainment was at the highest standard and included worlds dance sport games gold medallist, Shane McKeever, local singer Sarah Louise McCaul, a group of young dancers form Creaney School of Dance, Bard of Armagh Mr Pat McGreeney, Blue Grass and the Gipsy Jazz family group Cup O Joe father and daughter singers Gary & Mairead Cranny all of whom entertained with a wonderful selection of music, song, stories and dance. Camlough Brass and Reed Band, under the leadership of Mr Tom McCabe displayed a program of very popular and sing-along-music, which was enhanced when a Moose wend loose in the house (perfectly portrayed by Miss Rebecca Mulholland)       Elvis (alias Frank Venton) Jim Reeves( alias Andrew Moore) The Bessbrook sisters, Amy & Glady McCague and Kathleen Moore.

The night was enjoyed by everyone, and our photograph displays the cheque presentation of £1000 to Mr Seamus McCabe from PIPS Newry & Mourne, Band members and Kathleen Moore.
